I had the pleasure of discovering ML Carpet services on Thumbtack, and last Saturday received a steam clean for my carpets/steps. The cleaning Pro was professional, considerate of my home furnishings and polite. They are priced reasonably and apparently perform a myriad of services. They have just encountered a repeat customer!

I am a real estate agent that had a 3100 sq ft house that was filled with stuff {almost hoarding status}. The inside needed to be overhauled in a short period. I met with 3 contracting companies and ML said they could get the job completed fast and get the house on the market. From the first day they started, there were people working everyday, even on weekends. They helped empty the house, painted the entire inside, replaced all carpet, updated light fixtures, buffed the tile, ordered and put new wood blinds throughout the house and resurfaced the counter-tops and shower. They also painted the outside door and put new screens throughout. In 3 short weeks the house went from a cluttered disaster to clean and wonderful. 3 days before the house went on the market the house had a flood. ML came out just in time and replaced the wet carpet and the house was on the market as planned. I was also impressed by their communication. If I had a question they always answered the phone and took care of my concerns. I highly recommend ML Carpet and painting services and recommended they change their name because they do so much more that just carpet and paint. We hired ML Carpet and Painting Service to upgrade our existing kitchen cabinet shelves, and to refinish the inside/outside of our kitchen cabinets. We went from an old, outdated oak stain to a fresh, antique white-wash finish. Their pricing was very competitive, and they did a phenomenal job. The cabinets turned out even better than I had pictured. Their staff is very trustworthy and professional. I highly recommend them.
