- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
from acquiring the new customer I will visit the home or assess the job over the phone and find the scope of work needed/desired. I will then work on a budget/work order bid and send it over to resident and go over any details needed and get final approval on job before starting. bid/scope will include supplies needed as well as hourly rate and any information needed to complete the job with superior satisfaction.

I have worked in maintenance as a supervisor for over 10 years with all the certifications and qualifications.
