Had an issue w/ the door not wanting to close on Saturday. Sounded like the motor was jammed somehow, but the door moved freely up & down when released from the track. Jose came out later the same day & diagnosed the problem as needing a replacement control board. I had that same issue a few years ago & had replaced it myself as it was under warranty. Being out of warranty now, it would have cost $150 & taken a week to get so I had them install a new Chamberlain opener. Picked it up Sunday morning and they installed it that afternoon. Easy-peasy, Jose checked & lubricated all the door hinges & rollers & the new opener is very QUIET now! Excellent service & well worth the cost. Will keep RIOS GARAGE DOOR in my contacts for future reference!

The Technician was great! He responded right away to my project request. He worked with my schedule and let me know what time he could be at my house to replace the engine, chain, button on the wall for the garage door to open and shut, replaced the key pad, give us a new garage door opener, and even helped setup my car to sync to the new system he installed; so that I could use a button in my car to open the garage door. This new chain and system is so much quieter than my last one. He was in and out within an hour, and had reasonable pricing. I would definitely request his services again.
