I have a house which I manage for an owner. The house had a leaking AC unit. It was leaking water from the tray. I tried to clear the leak myself knowing it shouldn't be a big project with too much know how involved. But after two attempts and all the tools and time and gas it had become overwhelming to me. At that point I said F it, I'll just reach out to an AC technician and hope to God they can do the work same day. Mind you this was at 6p at night. Abdiel reached out immediately, he told me exactly what I was going to pay - which was extremely reasonable. In fact, it's what I was thinking it would cost. He showed up at the property within 30 to 45 minutes. He took care of the problem he gave me a couple suggestions on what I also need to do to prevent it from happening again. I said I didn't have that much money right now, and you would think that he would have come back saying that oh you have to do this... NO. Instead he told me okay no problem do you still think that what we decided on the amount is fair? Who does that who says that? I thought that him asking that question, proof that this was a person of honor and dignity and that he was being honest. I was immediately sold on him and his work. I have other properties I manage and I'll be calling him for those needs as well. But trust me you can pick anybody else on Thumbtack, but this company is a company that has your best interest in mind. They're there to help in any situation under any circumstance, and they don't take advantage of the fact that you're put in such a difficult situation financially. All five stars all the way! Thank you for the service, it's beyond expectations.
