On time prompt. Great communication. Fixed issue to outside unit. Dirty coils. Cleaned unit, back to cooling efficiently. Was not low on freon as supposedly diagnosed by different AC company. Hats off to Guyett AC. For proper diagnosis and repair. Thanks.

Joharie with Guyette Air Conditioning came out to check my AC unit. He contacted me via text and phone call before arriving. He was kind, knowledgable and provided me lots of good information.He switched out a part that was faulty outside, explained why he was changing it, where the levels should be and showed me what they were reading.You can tell this company isn't about how to scam or make a quick buck as he gave me lots of good information to maintain the unit and save money in the process. Would reccomend to anyone in the area.The only negative I would say is they ran a little late (which isn't the complaint, because I get it stuff happens). But I wasn't notified they were going to be late, I initally thought it was a no show.All and all great company!
