Great guy. Returned call within 5 minutes. Said he could come out the same day, in a few hours. He did, even though he was late due to the traffic. He called me to let me know he would be late. Told me what he would do. The bees were in the soffit. He said there might be some damage to the building the bees were in, and that I would have to have someone else fix it. It was dark by the time he was done. He patiently explained what he was doing. Didn’t exterminate the bees, he collected them and took them to a bee farm. Came out several days to insure all the bees were gone. He was on time and came when he said he would each time he came. He called before he came, letting me know when he would be here. Great service! Would definitely refer him to anyone who asks me about bee removal.
