David was a pleasure to work with. He helped us in deciding what door we wanted. He gave us suggestions and shoe us pictures what door we were looking g for. He really was hands on. He gave us quotes, ordered or Dior and installed it with a very reasonable price. He was with us throughout the whole process and made us at ease with our dr idioms. He also gives recommendations and ensure we didn’t need to buy new frames. We are absolutely happy with David and his work, we highly recommend him for all your door job needs.

What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Installation prices vary, but very reasonable. Product can also drive up the price (ex. a $300 stock Home Depot door vs. a $2500 custom wood door) so I work with the customer to get the best product at the best price. I typically offer a multi-door discount as well.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I determine how extensive the project will be, as well as find out how much help the customer will need with product selection.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I completed an OSHA 10 course and am lead certified. I’ve worked around construction my whole life, specifically doors since I was 15.
