David’s work was incredible. We needed repairs on two doors (one needed to be cut down to adjust in the frame and another needed minor repair and lubrication for proper closing). He showed up on time, provided me with proper explanations of the job and was able to get the job done quickly too. He was extremely professional and answered all my questions. What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Installation prices vary, but very reasonable. Product can also drive up the price (ex. a $300 stock Home Depot door vs. a $2500 custom wood door) so I work with the customer to get the best product at the best price. I typically offer a multi-door discount as well.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I determine how extensive the project will be, as well as find out how much help the customer will need with product selection.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I completed an OSHA 10 course and am lead certified. I’ve worked around construction my whole life, specifically doors since I was 15.
