Had them come out to my house and work on upgrading my kitchen. I gave them my idea and what i was hoping for and was blown away! They made it even better than I imagined in my own head, arrived on time and finished quicker than expected. Excellent customer service, will be recommending to friends!

Disrespectful of customer's time - Made an appointment last week and was assured that they would arrive timely as I had another engagement 90 minutes after. 30 minutes late, so I contacted the office and got "Oh, I was just about to call you to reschedule" -- no appointments available this week or next week. Obviously, the customer's time is unimportant and if they miss an appointment you go to the back of the line.Update: HDP quickly responded to my feedback -- I was a bit shocked, in fact, to received a gift certificate with the apology. Given the quick response once they were made aware of the mistake, I modified my feedback for their customer service.

You are correct. It is with our deepest apologies, we acknowledge that our office made an error today in handling your appointment scheduling. Upon receiving notice of your Google review, I researched your claim & discovered an error of mistaken identity via text message led to our Estimating team not showing for your appointment, as they thought it was canceled. And in a compounded error, an attempt to reschedule your appointment was all due to the same mistaken identity. I sought to reach you by phone and text today to express our regret for the distress you experienced, but unfortunately was not successful in connecting with you. As a gesture of goodwill, due to your life inconveniencies, our company also e-gifted you a $500 gift card. Furthermore, as a direct outcome of the trouble our mistake caused for you, I have put in place new telephone practices in our front office to hopefully prevent other customers from having this same experience,. This series of events was a steep learning curve for our Team, but I continue to have absolute trust in their character, integrity, and ability to grow from their mistakes. I have provided you my personal cell phone number via text and email. I welcome an opportunity to further bring peaceful resolution to this unfortunate situation. What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Ray has over 25 years of experience in new home construction, custom home builds, commercial and residential remodeling, and handyman customer service. His wisdom and integrity set his skills apart from other contractor services. Furthermore, his wife Tia also plays an important role! She has been active in business functions for over 30 years and served as a local Vice President of the National Association of Women in Construction chapter.
How did you get started doing this type of work?
Richard D. Albertson, Ray’s father, gave his son a legacy of home-care knowledge and skills. As a lifelong handyman, Mr. Albertson, Sr. operated “Dick’s Honeydos’s.” In June 2006, Mr. Albertson, Sr. lost a short battle with cancer. It is in his honor and as a continuation of his legacy that HDP Construction Services (previously known as Honey Do Partners) was founded in June 2008.
