Lely Bakes gets 5 stars from me because she cares about the work she does and is professional in handling her business interactions. Lelybakes made cheesecake brownies for my friend who loss her father and when she knew it wouldn’t get to my friend on time, she made them again and shipped it a different way without me having to ask. That’s customer service! I appreciate her efforts greatly!
