FAQs
- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
My pricing are in line with the State of Texas requirements. I have different pricing depending on the method of signing the document. If I am doing a remote online notarization the prices are typically between $25 and $30 , depending on the number of signers, pages, etc? An in-person appearnace starts at $10 USD for the first signature plus mileage.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Once a customer responds, I determine if a a remote online notary will be more convenient for the customer. Their choice will allow me to determinethe price. (note: generally, remote online signing are much less expensive than in person signings). If so, I proceed with scheduling the notary signing on my virtual platform, so the customer can get their documents notarized without ever leaving their current location. If an in person signing is required., I usually send an invoice estimate for the customer to review. in order to determine a proper estimate I do need a PDf copy or jpeg of the document before hand. If the customer agrees to the price, I will schedule the appointment and send a detailed calendar invite to the customer's email address. Once the appointment is set I will meet the customer at their desired location to conduct the signing.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I am a member fo the National Notary Association. I have completed the Notary, Notary Signing Agent, and RON training.
