I am so glad to have found the PWR House team. I went into my generator project with a good amount of knowledge, Mark came out to give me an estimate and I didn't bother getting another estimate. Immediately knew I had found the right people for the job. 100% professional, no messing around and business on a handshake. I had bought my generator independently, didn't get any sort of pushback or inflated pricing. Wholeheartedly recommend them.

Initially, I accepted a bid from another generator company.
Unfortunately, it was a bait and switch.
After reviewing the other generator companies proposal, it was not what they originally promised, so we fired them immediately.
We called Mark, and Mark was true to his original estimate.
Excellent experience!
Mark is a true professional, and was very courteous, throughout the entire process.
The installation was flawless, and First Rate.
If you are looking to have a generator installed, and want it to be done correctly, we highly recommend Mark, for professional whole house generator installation.

Mark and his crew were on time and very good to answer all my many questions with patience as I wasn't certain how the generator would operate. They installed it timely and the generator was a very good price since I had shopped around.

We Are a Canadian Company with service locations all Across Canada and the USA...We had one of our Generators go down and we found Mark on Google ... We kinda knew we needed to replace the Generator, but when it went down Mark was able to get it up and running on the same day... We didn't want that location to go down again so, we also hired Mark to replace the Unit ... Thanks Mark for your help... And we look forward to working with you in the future.

I met with a consultant at my residence for a Generac 24kw installation quote. Although a couple of red flags during the consultation were apparent, I trusted that I'd receive a quote via email as promised. This did not happen and have since seen other less than positive reviews posted.
1. Consultant was not sure which side exhaust was on Generac...that's a pretty big red flag. How am I to trust safety is adhered to without that knowledge?
2. The next odd thing, rep did not have business cards. Call me old fashioned but for the sums of money we are discussing, it warrants something more tangible. It's not about the "phone number" it's about having a traceble business. Grounded ties that establish that this is a biz. I will accept a website. I've found neither.
Perhaps my experience was a one off, but nonetheless I'm obligated to share my experience because there is a general lack of quality and honest businesses for generators currently. Many companies are gouging us or flat out ripping people off because the demand is high. I am open to being wrong about this company...hopefully just a one off experience.

1 Exhaust- Art is a new consultant. Currently his father is on home hospice, not looking to good. And he is a single dad (only parent) May have been preoccupied with that inevitable fact and his 10 year old starting school on tuesday.
2 Cards-Art was on his first week with our company. He offered you his digital card and a screen shot of mine.
3 I have 2 websites. www.pwrhousegenerator.com 4 Facebook sites and a HUGE aray of photos on my instagram site. No one is ripping you off sir. You are mistaken.
4 Art gave you a copy of a proposal w/ our ME license.
I hope your search of a generator company does not result in you tarnishing other folks reputation due to your lack of technology in the in-ability to receive a digital business card.
