- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We understand that customers want upfront prices, but every project in itself is unique. That is why we need to inspect the site before we can give a quote.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Initially we like to schedule an appointment via text or thru a phone call. Next we do an onsite inspection where we take pictures and measurements and notes so that we can provide a verbal estimate at that time. If the customer would like to proceed we provide a written proposal/contract.
- How did you get started doing this type of work?
It's a family business passed thru generations.
