- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
In the event that tip jars are not allowed, the flat fee will be increased in order to meet the minimum gratuity. A 50% non-refundable deposit is required at the time of booking, with the remainder being paid the day of the event.

I begin by asking the client what kind of event they are planning and then I follow up with questions that will allow me to easier put together the services that suit them best.
