I recently had the pleasure of working with DUAL DYNAMICS Appliance & Handyman Repair, and I cannot recommend them highly enough! From start to finish, my experience was nothing short of exceptional.
First, I was impressed by their prompt response time. I called them this morning about my malfunctioning refrigerator, and they were able to schedule me for today and send a Technician out he was so friendly resourceful and respectful and I look forward to working with them for all my repair needs

They Damaged my commercial refrigerator charge me $392.00 and left did not fix anything. Then I had a Commercial repair company come out and fixed the Frig cost was $1200.00 that was caused by Dynamics. I SENT THEM A MESSAGE for payment. They did not answer my message.

I had them come to install a washer pedistal that the manufacurer replaced. They came and it was a mess!. For some reason, may have been necessary but not sure, they removed the control panel cover on the washer, and now it does not line up with the tray for the soap and stuff to add to the wash. Thsi washer is 2 months old! now i have to tap the draw shut to run a load. They keep saying they would come back and never did. Took 2 HOURS to install a pedistal and charged twice what the estimate was. Also scratched my wood floors in the process. And now GE voided my warranty on this wash so i have to pay someone else to fix it!!!!!. Out now about 500.00 for what was estimated to be a $144.00 job and still counting!!!!!
