FAQs
- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Classes are sold in 5 or 10 class packages. I schedule classes this way because I feel that neither you as the student nor me as the teacher can get a good feel for one another or can truly see any progress with a single class. Discounts are offered for the 10 class package. Classes never expire and can be shared with one other person.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We love sharing yoga with new clients! After our initial conversation where I will get a feel for your goals and expectations for the class, as well as any limitations you might be experiencing, we will talk about scheduling our classes. After that, I will send an electronic liability waiver and cancellation policy as well as your initial invoice. Once the documents are signed and the invoice satisfied, we will meet for our first class where I will take into account our conversation and what I see in that first class in order to build a program suitable for you.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I hold a 200 hour E-RYT certification, an 85 hour PRYT certification (prenatal yoga), a 15 hr post natal certification and a certification for both yin and yoga for athletes. I am currently pursuing my 500 hr RYT certification where I am diving deeply into the anatomy, physiology, functionality and recovery of the body as well as learning more about female health to better meet the needs of my clients. I love to learn so I am constantly updating my understanding of yoga, anatomy and overall fitness trends.
