FAQs
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Schedule a free Zoom call, so we can get to know each other and I can learn more about what's going on. On our call we'll talk about what you're willing to share about your history, any goals you might have, my services as they relate to your goals, cost, and, if we are a good fit, schedule. If we're not a good fit, I will likely refer you to one of my peers.
- What types of customers have you worked with?
I've worked with people who have never had a fitness routine, who have never lifted a weight before, nor taken a class. Folks who have been injured for YEARS have worked with me and regained functionality and relearned what it's like to feel potential. Client's Age Range : 23-81 years old Typical client's pain points: -Frozen shoulder, -chronic hip and low back pain, -pain when kneeling or squatting, -sprained or weak ankles -feel weak Just some of my client's past and present goals: -greater confidence -start a practice of yoga -to feel more comfortable in their body -to be pain free -to play with their grandkids -to lose weight -to learn how to rock climb -to run again -to learn how to use gym equipment -increased strength and agility
- What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?
It's easy to let cost dictate your actions, and instead of being put off by someone's high or low prices, get on a call with them. Use the call as an opportunity to ask questions about resources or other trainers in their network. If they're unwilling to share that information with you, they're likely not the type of trainer you're looking for.
