As a yoga teacher, i understand that everyone's body has different needs. I teach a very systematic style of yoga that takes someone seeking yoga therapy or for other health purpose from beginner to advance asanas or yoga postures to get best results. I've practiced yoga for 6 years, all over the country, with many different instructors. Giesel Arnold teaches a very beneficial style of yoga - Vinyasa Krama, and she delivers classes that heal, strengthen, lengthen and condition every part of the body. Giesel is an outstanding instructor. She is able to make beginners feel welcome and confident, while challenging seasoned yogis in the same class! She gives an opportunity to share any stiffness, pain or injuries at the start of each class and tailors her classes to address your issues - so if you want to make the most of your session, speak up about what's going on in your body. Most importantly, she teaches a style of yoga that isn't vain or trendy, she uses the fundamentals in combinations that truly touch every centimeter in your body. If you want to stay young, limber, strong and healthy, consider taking Giesel's local classes, private teaching or her online programs that take you from beginner all the way to advanced. You'll thank yourself :)

True to the foundation of yoga *breathe with every movement* Beautiful flows, challenges you but always puts safety first and keeps mindful to listen to your body vs causing injuries; no need to be in the heat to work up a sweat!

What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I take workshops and webinar trainings with master teachers in yoga to keep up with my continuing education. I am also a fan of revisiting my training material and other yoga books and materials to continue provide the best classes for my students.
How did you get started doing this type of work?
I decided to get into teaching yoga because i 'd been practicing for over 5 years and i kept going to yoga classes and different teachers would say to me, "you are really good. you should consider teaching" i gave it some thought and it resonated with me and i signed up for yoga teacher training.
What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?
Finding the right yoga for you is very much like the Cinderella story, this time you are the prince with the shoe. you go around, to different types and styles of classes and studios to see where you find the best fit for you.
