- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We are dedicated to ensuring we possess the skill set needed to satisfy the customer. After our consultation, we will gladly refer you to our preferred vendors who may be better equipped to meet your needs if required. Out of respect for all parties involved, their is a small consultation fee due prior to appointment and all deposits are applied to final invoice amount.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
New/Potential customers will receive a link where they can provide details about the services they are needing. That form helps us prepare for the consultation and keep it within a decent time frame! We offer both virtual and in-person consultations. Should the client decide to hire us, a contract will be required.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
We gained our interest after doing small parties and family events. That interest led us to creating & assisting with marketing events on our jobs. In early 2016 we launched our official business and have been captured on our local news and radio stations.
