It varies depending on the scale and complexity of the project. I am willing to negotiate with the client without sacrificing its quality.

I have a Bachelor's Degree in Baking and Pastry arts/Food Service Management from Johnson & Wales University. I am also ServSafe Certified.
- How did you get started doing this type of work?
As a child, I have always loved baking and cooking for others, it was a passion of mine. It inspired me to later go to college for it and get as much experience as I could in the industry.
