They sent out a technician on Thursday evening on what I believed to be an emergency issue. The technician diagnosed an isolated stoppage in the upstairs guest toilet, and per their notes on the invoice, used an auger to unblock the stoppage. They also documented that it was an isolated issue. After spending $340, the issue returns on Sunday afternoon. They don't warranty stoppages unfortunately. So $340 down the drain. And to come out and verify the work was done properly, they'll need to charge me again. I strongly believe the stoppage was not properly resolved, which is why it's returned literally a few days after. They disagree.

Since the service is not covered under warranty, as it clearly states, and all explanations have been provided, we consider this matter resolved on our end. Low cost for a garbage disposal check that works fine. Simple inexpensive backflow silver plate replacement on a tub cost 150.00 dollars. If this is reasonable. Please start paying home health nurses 150.00 each time they do a dressing change on a patient.

I did not like this company. The charge for a silver plate with 2 screws on the back of my tub; overflow plate. Cost 150.00 for insertion. Charge for checking the working capacity of a garbage disposal. They want payment for their professional plumbing certifications. As a nurse in homehealth I do not get paid 150.00 for changing a dressing on patient.
