- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Pricing will be determined upon inspection.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We go out and inspect the damages, measure the areas need to be assessed and send out a free quote or file a claim with their insurance if they want to file an insurance claim.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
We train all our techs and keep them trained on a monthly basis and we are certified by IICRC for Water & Fire damage.
