- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
No. At JPROSTUDIO we strive to meet your needs and come to a fair price.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Once hired: Schedule a 10 Minute phone call to learn more about the customer's needs and the up coming event. The more I learn about the job request, the better I can serve the customer. Customer will sign contract and agree to pay 50% to reserve your date. All remaining funds will be do upon job completion. JProStudio will contact customer 1 week prior to event in order to cover any final details before meeting day of the event.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
As a full time Instructional Technology specialist, I have always kept up with latest technologies. My job responsibilities have always included video and promotion using social media to meet timelines. I have always maintained great professional relationships with coworkers in a high paced environment.
