FAQs
- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
- Budget and costs can always be negotiated. Don't walk away without asking. - Production should always satisfy your needs and the requirements of the project. - Cheap is not always the best option, neither is the most expensive. - Remember that all the vendors you contact for one job will pay a big amount of money to Thumbtack for that privilege. Don't waste these resources, and please provide us with the right feedback even if you don't hire us, that will help us improve services and prices.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
The typical process starts with a small interview, an effort to absorb the ideas the client wants to transmit. We then provide a form to gather as much information about the project as possible. With this info and your direct input we create a Proposal and Scope of work that we send for your approval. From there it's just giving shape to that idea during production or design. We keep close communication throughout the whole process. Learn more about our process on our website.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
We have been in business for more than 15 years. We're highly experienced in many creative areas like Non-linear Video Editing, Composition, Motion Graphics, Color Grading, VFX, Graphics Design, Photography, and of course Web Design and Social Media Marketing.
