Base price is the basic cost of something without adding anything extra. It can be used in many different contexts, including: Moving an extra tv from upstairs to downstairs master room and installing the TV. Also know what type of wall materials you are mounting your tv mounted on. Like, a 75 inch tv needs to be mounted on a Ceramic wall which is not basic for base work. Always factor in up charges for omission of services that was not included in the initial esimate.
