FAQs
- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
For my Tax Prep clients, I use a simple pricing structure where I only charge for each form that we file. That way you are not being charged for something that doesn't pertain to your tax situation. This way I make sure that value is added to you, the client. I make sure not to nickel and dime any of my clients and always try to be value added to where you typically receive more in knowledge and pertinent information on your returns and consultations than the fee that you are paying me.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I always make sure to have an in depth meeting with my new clients so that I can fully understand their specific tax situation. Every clients taxes and businesses are different so its my job to listen and take note of your situation to ensure that we come up with the very best tax or business strategy for your specific needs.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have been preparing tax returns for well over a decade. I also not only have a Masters in Business Administration but also a CPA license. I believe this equips me to be your best ally in all things business and tax. I am one of the rare few professionals that possess the experience, the advanced degree, and professional certifications to help empower you in your taxes and business.
