- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Our professional fee is based upon the complexity of the work to be performed and our professional time required to complete the work. In addition, this fee depends upon the timely delivery, availability, quality, and completeness of your records.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We take the time to understand our clients and any tax concerns they may have via the initial consultation. After we gain an understanding we send our clients an engagement letter to document the services we agree to perform for the client. We work to educate the client about their return and also provide tax saving strategies to reduce the client's tax bill.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Bachelors of Business Administration in Accounting (BBA) Masters of Business Administration (MBA) Certified Fraud Examiner (CFE) Certified Public Accountant (CPA) 60 hours of continuing education each year
