What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We do not like to quote services over the phone or online. We do take a personal approach with each pool individually and price according to needs. Our starting price is $40 per standard pool but encourage our maintenance plans to every client, that offer competitive discounts.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We first like to schedule a FREE onsite meeting to evaluate the conditions of the pool and to address any concerns. Then we discuss pricing and schedule a service day.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
We have over 10 years combines pool service knowledge.
