- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We always provide free estimates with fair and transparent pricing for before any work is completed. Our weekly service customers never pay a service call fee, and our new pool construction customers get 3 months of free weekly service after project completion!
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We take the time to understand the needs of our customers, and the specific attention that each pool requires. For new construction, we look to understand the features and vision that our customers have in mind, then we get to work on brining that to life! For weekly service, we conduct an 11 point water chemistry test using the most advanced water testing technology available. Based on that, we determine necessary treatments to balance the pool and then maintain. We also test and inspect pool equipment to recommend routine maintenance and repairs as needed. We are always available by phone, text message and email, 7 days a week!
