Hiring Ernesto for weekly cleanings and service has been the best decision we have made since buying a house with a pool. Ernesto was so detailed upon the first visit and patiently explained the pool equipment as well as answered lots of questions. The pool has been crystal clear since the filter cleaning, chemical balancing, and weekly service. All I can think is, why didn't we do this sooner? I am telling you, look no further, Ernesto is the best and you will be happy with your decision as you relax by the pool instead of constantly balancing chemicals and worrying if everything is okay. We moved into a home with a pool that had not been properly cared for by previous owner/pool company. Ernesto took the time to explain every bit of equipment and told me not to worry he can make it sparkle. He was correct, he has made it sparkle! He is timely, responds very quickly to questions, and does a thorough job each week. Since I am unfamiliar with this pool equipment he could have told me things were broken or filter needed replaced and I would have known no better. He did not do that! He was honest and told me the parts are good and filter just needs cleaned. All I have to do is enjoy the beauty of the pool. I couldn’t be happier. Can’t give enough kudos to the job Ernesto has done for Our Pool! Wish I had taken before pictures, imagine a green, murky Pool full of Algae and DE which previous Pool company let fester. In less than a week, as you can see below, total transformation! Highly recommend to anyone that wants a dedicated and professional pool cleaning service.

I usually start at 120 for every pool and typically that's what I charge for monthly pool service and on repair work I charge by hour and repair part cost
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Typically I meet with the customer and discuss the situation with the pool I explain my services and then before I work on the pool or clean it I do a thorough examination of the pool equipment
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have taken my nspci course and I am a certified technician
