Juan was very interested in helping us clean our pool on Father's Day Weekend. Showed up then stated he had to go to another job and would be back in an hour and a half. We waited all afternoon and he stopped communicating with our inquiries on when he was coming back. No show, therefore ruined the fun for the apartment community for Father's Day weekend. Wish we picked a more reliable honest service. We believe because we didn't sign up for a weekly service, he dropped us and stopped communicating. Not recommended. Not a good business ethic management to customers.
