- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We consistently strive to offer reasonable pricing by meticulously preparing a material list in advance, ensuring that our pricing accurately aligns with the requirements and scope of each project.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
The type of service a customer is looking for can differ on how the process may be. Usually we ask for pictures of the site and what kind of system we will be working with or the problem it’s having. Once we have that information we might have to head out and do a material list as well as a diagnostic.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
We have certain certifications/licenses, and a great amount of knowledge for Enphase, Generac, SMA, Solaredge, Growatt, AP Systems. We are always looking forward to expand our knowledge with newer system that come out and get educated on them.
