I would have checked all five qualities if I could. Andre responded quickly he was very professional and got me squared away right away. My original plan fell through and in such short notice we had security for by daughter’s party. Mark Balteri was punctual friendly a great help and made everyone feel safe while also being like family. Mark went above and beyond and all in all helped make my daughters party a success.
