Replacing a roof on a 5000+ square-foot home in Bellaire, or any home for that matter, is likely most important capital expenditure and investment you’ll make on your home. I initially would never consider thumbtack for such an important project. I’ve always used Thumbtack for odd and Handy Man type jobs. But for a new roof, I initially would only consider a reputable roofer with a strong recommendation from a reliable source or friend. After visiting with and receiving bids from a few of such referrals, I decided to give thumbtack a shot and reached out to a few of the highly rated professionals . I cannot stress enough, how impressed I am and was with Julio‘s professionalism, knowledge (I researched his certification - it’s legit), responsiveness, and ability to communicate the entire process - so helpful to my due diligence. He by far impressed me more than the three or four other roofers I met with. I wasn’t just shopping price - this is a 30+ yr roof after all, and affects your home quality, insurance premium and resale value. Julio and his team’s process is outstanding - efficient, precise, and impeccable. Moreover, they replaced the gutters and our home looks 30 yrs younger. To top if off, the price was VERY competitive. I will be referring Julio’s family owned All Over Exterior Roofing to anyone who asks - or even if they don’t ask lol.
