I am back. I have been on a two-year outplacement project that involved helping people who lost their jobs find their next position or look for advancement opportunities within their current. I am ready to return to Thumbtack. I have been both a Corporate Recruiter and a job seeker which contributes to my success in this role. My experience allows me to help clients determine what contributes to their success but also what derails their performance and keeps them from reaching their professional goals in an internal role or as a job seeker. I use a predictive performance tool and my experience as a Recruiter, Manager, and Career Strategist to help my clients reach their performance and career search goals by partnering in the development of a plan and accountability strategy. I turn outdated, needs improvement resumes and/or LinkedIn profiles into documents that get you interviews. I make sure your resume is Applicant Tracking System (ATS) ready since it is formatted to get past them when you upload it. If it doesn't get past the ATSs companies use to screen resume, it will not get to a hiring manager and consequently, no interview. My interview prep is designed to get you an offer. I previously worked for a job search firm and helped my clients create a resume and LinkedIn profile that gets interviews. As a Career Transition Coach, I have written over 500 resumes for clients in various fields and provided job search coaching for 150 clients. I also help them prepare for interviews so that they are thoroughly prepared for the intensity of today's hiring events.
