Jorge and his team at MAD Contractors did a GREAT job with our master bathroom remodel and for a very reasonable price. We got estimates from four different companies/contractors. I've always heard that you get what you pay for and while his estimate was one of the lowest, we feel that we received quality workmanship and a finished product that was far exceeded our costs. He and his team worked with us to customize our bathroom so that we got everything we wanted in this remodel. From the beginning, Jorge was very responsive. While we ran into some minor delays (due to Hurricane Beryl impacts), he continued to communicate with us through it all and by doing that, he let us know that he valued our business. His team was very polite and prompt, worked hard, and detail oriented. All that being said, I would absolutely recommend Jorge and MAD Contractors to help anyone with their home remodel projects.

MAD Contactors completed a full remodel of our primary bathroom. From the first visit, Jorge was courteous, professional, and very accommodating. I got 5 estimates from different contractors. MAD Contractors estimate fell right in the middle - not the cheapest, but not the most expensive either. The quality of work is excellent. I am a perfectionist, and I had to approve the layout of every tile before they were installed. Jorge and his team went above and beyond to make sure I was satisfied with the work. The project took longer than estimated, but mostly due to a major storm that hit the Houston area and we leaving town for vacation. Overall, I am very pleased with the new bathroom. I have dealt with contractors for over 10 years for different projects in our home, and I can categorically say Jorge and his team were the best I have worked with.

Jorge and his crew completed a bathroom remodel for us that included expansion of shower, tile, paint, countertops/sinks, fixtures and electrical upgrades. We enjoyed working with Jorge throughout the entire project, from initial visit to completion of every detail. His team showed up each day as expected, worked hard and left the house and work area tidy at the end of each day. Everyone that came in to do their task was polite, understood our needs and performed a top-notch job. We were extremely pleased with how our bathroom remodel came out and would highly recommend Jorge and MAD Contractors.

My wife and I contacted Mad Contractors to provide us with a quote for our much needed master bathroom remodel project. We found Mad Contractors on the Thumbtack app. My wife loved the example pictures from past clients and the positive reviews that Mad Contractors received. We contacted the company through the app and the reply and arrangement for a consultation was quick and easy. Jorge arrived at our home to assess our project and to get the information he needs to provide the quote. It only took a few days for Jorge to provide the quote that was clear and laid out multiple options for our project. The questions and concerns about the quote were quickly addressed and updated. We ultimately accepted the proposal and within a few days Jorge and his team began the repairs and build up for the remodel. Jorge and his team worked around our availability schedule. We were aware that we would be provided options to select the tile for the flooring, walls and wood for our cabinets at some point during theremodel. When the time came to select the tile and cabinet choices that Jorge provided, we were less than thrilled with the limited choices and options. We were able to work with Jorge to arrange time to shop for alternate tile and Jorge was able to find a wood cabinet color that matched what we had imagined. Once again Jorge's team was able to install the tile and wood cabinets in a very professional manner. Lastly the area for the shower glass was measured and installed a week later. There was a small area of our old bathtub tile that had gotten accidentally damaged while the crew was working. We alerted Jorge and he offered to replace the damaged tile with some of our project tile for no additional cost. Jorge's team of guys were very respectful and treated our home as they would their own. Overall we are very pleased with our new master bathroom. We recommend you picking out your tile, countertops, cabinets, fixtures, etc before starting your project with Mad Contractors. As of Nov 2024 the options were limited. The majority of the communication was done via text messages which is fine, but we were also able to arrange some voice calls as well. Jorge is busy so it can sometimes take a little time to get a response. For these two reasons we rated Mad Contractors 4 stars out of 5 stars. The quality of the work was a 10/10, and we will absolutely hire Mad Contractors for our future projects. There is room for improvement with the communication and providing more customisation options.
