Alice is now our "Go To" realtor for any of our Real Estate needs! She actually listened to what we were looking for and then found properties that matched that need! This saved us so much time and trouble. Other realtors "hear" you but then show properties out of your price range or not what you are looking for. My husband and I both appreciated Alice's frankness, attention to detail, and genuine desire to find us the home we needed. Alice sold my house for me last year. Right from the start I knew I was in capable hands. This was my first time selling a house, and I had many questions as well as many qualms. But Alice expertly guided me through the whole process, and I felt she went the extra mile to help me. She is very approachable and EXTREMELY patient (did I mention I had tons of questions??). Her knowledge of the real estate market is pretty well close to encyclopedic. What you see is what you get with Alice. She is a lovely person to work with, and I would work with her again if given the chance.

No we don't have a complicated pricing system. I will negotiate with you for the listing percentage, and if I help you purchase a home it will be less.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
My work partner and I have a first visit with you. We share a market evaluation for the value of their home. Then we suggest things we can do to increase the possibility of a better price. The first visit includes a game plan.
