I recently rented a home for the first time and Real Property Management and John McGuire made everything easy. John was friendly and quick to respond. There were a couple of small issues that needed to be taken care of and it was done professionally and efficiently. I would definitely recommend them as they have made the renting process hassle free.

What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I usually begin every client relationship with a discovery call to learn about the clients current needs and real estate investment goals. If there appears to be a fit, we typically meet at the investment property where I provide a free market analysis and discuss my services in more detail. I am very accessible to my clients and highly communicative.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I am licensed real estate agent in the state of Texas and have a deep knowledge of the Houston market. In addition, I have a solid financial background that my real estate investor clients find valuable as they consider new buying or selling properties in their real estate portfolios.
