FAQs
- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
All consultations are free. I receive compensation for my services after the sale, purchase, or lease of the property, and must have a representation agreement in place at the start of a relationship. This agreement will outline that compensation is sought first from the listing broker, and that my buyer clients would be responsible for my compensation in the event the list broker does not pay.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I like to consult in person, if possible, about timelines and expectations and generally get to know you before we decide to work together. If you are selling your home, I like to walk it with you to hear your thoughts and goals regarding the home condition, the market, and how you intend to sell. I listen long, and I am open and honest in my assessments, while backing as much as possible with tangible data for my clients to weigh in their decisions. At no point should a client feel they have lost control of the transaction to their realtor.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I worked 5 years as a financial analyst for a private wealth management firm, completing my Series 65 exam to be an investment advisor representative. My background allows me to thoroughly analyze market data and be comfortable with the numbers, and also informs how I relate to my clients discreetly and professionally as a fiduciary. In 2023, I completed my real estate license.
