FAQs
- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We are able to provide armed and unarmed uniformed security officers with or without a patrol vehicle as well as personal protection officers dressed in civilian attire, armed or unarmed. Due to the variation in services, our rates vary depending upon our client's needs with these services. Unfortunately, any security company that can simply quote an hourly rate without asking the pertinent questions regarding a client's security needs, will not be able to provide the true protection needed or compensate their 'guards' accordingly. Our officers receive 62-66% of the bill rate. So when searching for a company, we always suggest the client asking how much the officer will be compensated from the quote. We've acquired many clients who have hired other security companies who provided 'guards' in the past based upon a lower hourly rate until they realized the old sayings were true; "In this world, you get what you pay for." - Kurt Vonnegut and "If you think it's expensive to hire a professional to do the job, wait until you hire an amateur" - Red Adair. Our clients look more towards the value of the service our officers provide as opposed to cost and feel their investment with Credible Security reflects a great return. Mainly because we provide VALUE, which starts during the hiring process of professional officers, training and the fact that we offer digital reporting to include an online client portal at no additional charge. There is a reason why Thumbtack voted us as the number 1 agency in 2015, 2016 & 2017.
