- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Pricing may vary from each phone model. The newer the phone model, the more it will cost. We offer a discount for repeated clients
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We contact the customer upon receiving the request to get more information about the device. We try to setup same day appointments. A small deposit fee is required to make the appointment. We travel to the clients location for the repair.

We have worked with all types of customers including elderly, teens and more.
