- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I charge $90/session for 1-3 sessions per week. If you are interested in more than 3 one-on-one training sessions per week I charge $85/session.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I typically reach out to the client and have them complete a questionnaire about their health and fitness goals. If they are needing nutritional guidance and a separate workout plan there are additional questions they would need to answer.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I am an NPC/IFBB coach for various athletes in bikini, wellness, mens physique, men's classic physique and men's bodybuilding.
