- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS ABOUT OUR HEALTH AND NUTRITION PROGRAM: What happens after I sign up? 1. After signing up, you’ll be sent an email with an invitation to join our Nutrition and Fitness app. Download the app to your phone or tablet. 2. Next, your very own designated Health Coach/Personal Trainer will text or email you to set up a time to talk. On this call, we will determine goals, answer any questions that might arise, and discuss health information to begin building a plan that's based solely on your needs, your goals and your schedule. 3. After that, we will get to work on building your plan, and all will be uploaded into your fitness app. 4. You’ll receive daily check-ins, nutritional guidance and interactive workouts, but more importantly, you’ll have someone guiding you through your journey every step of the way. When can I contact my health and fitness coach? --Email and messaging support is readily available.-- What if I don't want to continue after the first month? --We hope you will find this program to be effective in reaching your goals. However, you are in no way obligated to continue with us after the first month if you are not satisfied. Just request via email to cancel and you’ll be canceled right away.-- Is there a cancellation fee? --There are no cancellation fees.-- What's the minimum financial commitment if I want to continue after the first month? --Once your discounted trial is complete, HVL Fit charges $129 a month. We encourage a 3-month commitment in order to truly build habits that will stick for the long haul.-- --NO LONG TERM CONTRACTS, NO HIDDEN FEES, and NO EXTRA COST, regardless of how often you receive support.-- --There is no long-term commitment. This is a month-to-month program. When you've reached your goals or feel ready to move on, all you have to do is request to cancel and we’ll take care of the rest for you.-- What’s the catch? --No catch. I graduated from the Institute for Integrative Nutrition where I learned innovative coaching methods, practical lifestyle management techniques, and over 100 dietary theories – Ayurveda, gluten-free, Paleo, raw, vegan, macrobiotics, and everything in between. I am a certified personal trainer from the National Council on Strength and Fitness.
