- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
My current rate is $50/hr for labor. No hidden fees no gimmicks. During your free home consultation I provide an estimate how many hours your project(s) will take. Home organization materials (baskets, containers, etc.) are not included in this price.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
STEP ONE Show me your space! We can either video chat or have an in person consult (preferred). I will never judge! If you prefer, we can sit down and make a plan first. I will go over a little more in depth on how the process works, my style of organization, and we will discuss what you would like to gain from this process. We will discuss what organization materials will need to be purchased and then we dive in! STEP TWO Dive In! So many people have no idea where to start and immediately feel anxious and overwhelmed. But guess what- that’s what I am here for. Let me help ease your nerves. This is my absolute passion and I love helping others get organized. Taking control of your spaces will feel empowering when it’s all said and done. STEP THREE Charity! Odds are you will have items for donation by the end of the process. To avoid these items sitting in your garage for months I will take your charity items to your local drop-off location and bring you back a tax deduction slip.
