- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Listed pricing is for a solo organizer. The hourly rate will increase if additional Organizers are added to the project.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Have a phone call and getting to know their specifics needs and all household members including pets. Send proposal and once approved, plan out an organizing strategy.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
We’re NAPO Professional Organizers. We invest in continuation education through their network and other industry related conferences and events.
