- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
A 15% deposit required at booking,applied to your balance; non-refundable without 24hrs texted cancellation notice. 20+miles away incurs a $20/team member trip charge. Team rates are higher than the rate posted here for organizing or packing. For decluttering & organizing any deep cleaning needed will be either an additional charge or subcontractor cleaners brought in. For packing the rates don't include supplies such as wrap, paper, filler, tape or boxes. We may offer recycled materials, lowering the costs for you. Or you can purchase all new materials to have on hand.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Walkthru or photo assessment with phone chat for bid (free). Set dates & begin. Revision of plan after day 1 likely if unexplained or unexpected issues arise, which may result in a revision of costs.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have degrees in Psychology and the Arts and certified in Positive Family Life. I have completed extensive training in human behavior, communication, positive mutual outcomes, and professional business practices. I have studied Feng Shui, design & organizing principles & practices.
