FAQs
- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
1. Transparent project-based rates: Our pricing is based on the specific project rather than hourly rates. This means that you will have a clear understanding of the cost upfront, allowing you to budget accordingly. We believe in transparency and ensuring that our customers are aware of the pricing structure from the beginning. 2. Additional 10% discount for multiple areas: We offer an additional 10% discount when you choose to organize a third area in your home. This can include areas such as the kitchen, pantry, closet, and more. This discount is our way of rewarding customers who choose to optimize their organizing efforts across multiple areas of their space. We strive to provide fair pricing for our services, while also offering discounts and incentives to ensure that our customers receive the best value for their investment.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
1. Schedule a free consultation: We begin by scheduling a complimentary consultation to better understand your needs and goals. This allows us to get to know you and your space, and discuss any specific requirements or preferences you may have. 2. Creating a floor plan and organizing system: Based on our consultation and your preferences, we will create a customized floor plan and organizing system for each area of your space. Our goal is to maximize the use of space and ensure functionality, while incorporating your personal style and aesthetic. 3. Decluttering and sorting items: Once the floor plan and organizing system are in place, we will declutter and sort your belongings. This process helps us determine which items to keep, donate, or discard, ensuring that your space is clutter-free and organized. By following these steps, we aim to provide you with a seamless and personalized experience, transforming your space into a functional and organized environment that suits your needs and preferences.
