Great with people and very vocal. Always willing to teach if someone wants to join, but also can be stealth if need be. I’m very meticulous with food. I use fresh ingredients, and everything from scratch. I’ve been in the industry now for 15 years. I’ve done dinner for 2 to 50. I have a professional kitchen so I can do the larger parties as well.

Justin was great .food was the best food I had in such a long time .better than most 5 star restaurants. Will be rebooking next time I’m in Houston for sure .

Amazing experience with Chef Justin. He was very attentive from initial conversation to completion. The only improvement I would say was the punctuality however the quality of food and presentation made up for it! I look forward to booking him again!!
