I selected SOS from several options, because MJ was the rare service provider who read the brief. He handled our interactions professionally and promptly, communicated effectively throughout the process, and followed through exactly according to our agreement. His team were courteous, thoughtful, and clearly motivated to do the best job possible. What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Prices start at $6 for 1 Signature. Travel fee starts at $50.For 0 to 5 miles from 77049. The fee increases $15 for every additional 5-mile range. We have introductory price to all our clients based on the type of service needed. Not all jobs are the same.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We set up initial call and meet with the client to understand their need, give advice and suggestions. Follow up to start the work as soon as possible. We notarize acknowledgements, Oaths & Affidavits, Jurats, Medical Documents, Power of Attorney Documents, Parental Consent, Vehicle Release Forms, Living Trusts, Life Care Planning as well as Loan Signing
