- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Our prices are based on size, complexity, what materials are needed and the location of the mural. We offer onsite consultation to determine what exactly is needed it. Sometimes pictures or a description may not show what exactly is needed. Based on that information we can provide a more accurate quote. Our prices are very competitive. We hope for the opportunity to work with you!
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
FIRST: We start with a phone call where we get specific details on the project such as; size, location, style etc. Also find out what concepts and ideas the client may have. SECOND: An onsite consultation will give us a better understanding of your project, there we can figure out what concept will work, what color palette is best for your space among other specifics. THIRD: With that information, we move to the design phase and start creating your mockup based on the details we gathered during our consultation. FOURTH: When we have the perfect mockup for your space, we start creating your mural!!
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have been painting since my early childhood. I remember painting with my grandfather. And I painted throughout my years in school and in college. I studied Graphic Design but never stopped painting. My training never stops, I am always looking for new ways to improve my craft.
