- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I hold a Bachelor’s and Master's Degree in Psychology, which has been invaluable in my work as a mover and business owner. My education has helped me develop a deep understanding of communication, and the ability to relate to people in a compassionate and personable way. This training allows me to approach every move with patience, empathy, and a focus on providing a positive experience for my customers, especially during what can often be a stressful time. In addition to my formal education, I have years of hands-on experience in the moving industry. Before starting my own company, I worked with several national moving chains, where I received on-the-job training in all aspects of the moving process— from packing and loading to navigating logistics and customer service. This experience gave me the technical skills needed to handle all types of moves, as well as an in-depth understanding of industry best practices and standards.
